AdvancedFetal Therapy & Intervention
Advanced in-utero procedures not available in general obstetric practice. These interventions are performed by subspecialty-trained specialists and require comprehensive pre-procedure assessment, ultrasound guidance, and detailed counselling.
When a baby requires treatment before birth, timely access to an experienced MFM specialist is critical. Our clinical lead's subspecialty training at the University of Ottawa included intensive experience in these procedures.
